What is included in the rental cost?

  • Setup and Delivery from the ID/WA border to the west side of Spokane. (we serve all of the greater Spokane area (and even into a little of N. Idaho) and generally do not charge for delivery. If however you live further out or in a neighboring town please contact us for delivery charges. (Add $20 for nine-mile,Deer Park (anything North of Spokane Y) , Anything West of Airway Heights, or anything North or East of Post Falls)  If you are significantly further away (like Moses Lake for example), then the delivery charge will obviously be higher.
  • The inflatable unit you've rented (Clean & Well Working) and the blower to keep it full of air (of course). You will be responsible to supply the power and the water (if water is so desired and compatible with the inflatable you rent).
  • A "Full Day Rental" will include up to 6 hrs of "Bounce-Time" (additional hours can be added for $25/hr)
  • Pickup and Removal once you're done.
  • *If we are unable to use stakes (to secure the unit safely) at your location, sandbags are available to use as anchors (for an additonal $30 charge)*

Are Inflatable Bouncers and Slides Safe?

  •  Yes & No.
  • As with any activity, there is an inherent risk involved in using inflatable products. (of course there is inherent risk in taking a shower, but yet we still do that. :)  at least I hope you do!) This risk can be minimized by following a few safety precautions.
  • Spokane Bounce uses only commercial grade inflatables, outfitted with safety nets/soft landings/and other safety items.
  • You will be trained in proper operation and safety procedures upon delivery. If you follow the rules there should be no problems.
  • An adult needs to supervise each bouncer to ensure the children's safety. (If you prefer to hire an attendant to stay with the inflatable, one can be provided for an additional charge of $30/hr.)
  • Upon setup and delivery you will be asked to sign a waiver form stating that you have been informed of the safety requirements , understand them, and agree to follow them. Upon renting an inflatable unit you release Spokane Bounce from any and all liability.
  • If you would like to download the safety/rules form in advance of your rental date, you may do so here.

Where Can the Inflatables I'm Going to Rent Be Set-Up?

  • A flat surface is required for our inflatables to be set-up.
  • The inflatables cannot be set-up on gravel or rocky surfaces. (Grass is the preferred platform)
  • Parks are often a great place to play, and many parks allow for inflatables to be set up. Sometimes however there will not be electricity available for use, so a generator may be needed to operate the inflatable. (generators are available at an additional charge of $150/day). Please be sure to contact your parks/rec dept. of your choice to ensure inflatables are allowed (some require a permit or deposit) and if there is power present.
  •  -At this point Spokane City Parks do allow inflatable units with a reservation and permit (fees apply) See contact information for reservations/permits directly below.
  • Kathi Young - City of Spokane Parks and Rec - 2304 E Mallon Ave-Spokane, WA 99202-509-363-5453 - [email protected]-spokaneparks.org
  • -Spokane County Parks do NOT currently allow inflatable units at any time.

  • When setups are in Parks (or on any non-privately owned property) Renter/User is responsible to obtain all permits/pay all fees/make all reservations required for the use of an inflatable at such location. (and pay any infractions)
  • Yes, we Can setup an inflatable indoors (provided there is enough clearance on all sides and acceptable height allowances). We wouldn't recommend using water on the slide while indoors though. :)

When Will The Inflatable We are Going to Rent Be Set-Up?

  • We will schedule a set-up time with you at the time of rental.
  • Most delivery/set-ups will take place 30-60 minutes before your event starts (or your agreed upon rental period starts)
  • Don't worry, even if we setup an hour (or more) before your event, you will still only be charged for the agreed upon rental period.
  • You will be trained at the time of set-up to ensure you know the safety rules and precautions involved with operating an inflatable.

How Big are the Inflatables?

  • Each unit is different in size. Please refer to the picture of the unit you are renting (on the home page) in order to see the overall dimensions and the amount of space required to set them up.
  • Please keep in mind that many of these units are quite heavy so an easy to access (with a hand-cart) location is essential to success.
  • Each Inflatable needs to also have room to be staked out and have a place for the blower. Also, it cannot be rubbing against any objects.
  • Pay special attention to power-lines, tree limbs, and other overhanging objects that may interfere with where you would like the inflatable placed. (Again please reference the picture of the unit you wish to rent for necessary space requirements.)

Do We Need to Have a Power Outlet in the Location We Wish To Setup The Inflatable We Are Going to Rent From Spokane Bounce?

  • Yes, we do require you have a power-outlet within 50' of the inflatable unit.
  • A Generator can be rented (at an additional $150/day charge) if no power outlet will be present).
  • The inflatable you are going to rent will need to be kept on and inflated the entire time it is at your event. The ONLY time it should ever be turned off is if the winds have picked up to greater than 25mph, or there is lightning present. (If either of these circumstances occur, please ensure everyone is off of and away from the inflatable before turning it off.)

Is Spokane Bounce Licensed and Insured?

  •  Spokane Bounce is Both licensed and insured.
  • A copy of the insurance policy can be made available upon request.
  • For events on public property additional insurance coverage may be required (contact us for any additional charges that may apply in these situations).
  • The lessee (renter) will be placed in charge of operation after the inflatable unit is set-up. Spokane Bounce is not responsible for any injuries occurring to lessee or any persons using the leased units, or for any damage to personal property.

Is there a cleaning fee?

  • Normally no cleaning fee will be charged (for normal use).
  • However things like food, bodily fluids, or confetti in/on the inflatables would require excessive cleaning and be charged a minimum of $50.
  • Note: Silly string ruins vinyl and a minimum charge of $500 would apply.

Do we need to reserve the inflatable we are going to rent in advance?

  • It is highly recommended that you reserve as far in advance as possible.
  • Inflatables are popular and rent out quickly.
  • Reserve the one you want for the date you desire ASAP
  • If you have a firm date in mind, check our Calendar Page to see if either unit is still available on that day. (if it doesn't say it's rented, that means it's available.)

  • A deposit may be required depending on the rental date/time. (See FAQ about deposits below)

What if it Rains or the weather turns bad?

  • (or even if the forecast calls for 30% chance or more of precipitation)
  • We will reschedule if possible, or refund your deposit (if you made a deposit and rescheduling is not possible)
  • If your rental has already been setup no refunds will be issued. For your safety if it starts raining or the winds increase to greater than 25mph than you should get everyone out of/away from the unit and turn off the air blower. (please cover or place the air blower under cover should it start to rain. (your Spokane Bounce driver will give you instructions upon set-up.))
